These terms cover the DaintyFocus app, this website and the DaintyFocus account service, wey na Daintymindz dey run all of dem. If you use any of dem, you don agree to these terms. How we dey handle your data dey inside the privacy policy.

DaintyFocus dey free. The app and the timer for this website dey work without account. You no must get account; e dey add backup, sync between your device dem, and to publish preset dem.

We fit change, pause or stop any part of the service, plus the account service. If we plan to stop the account service, we go tell you before time where we fit, so you fit keep wetin you need. Your preset dem and history go stay for your phone anyhow e be.

• You must reach 13 or pass am before you fit make account.
• Give real email address wey you fit reach, and keep am safe, plus your device dem.
• Na you dey responsible for anything wey dem do with your account.
• You fit delete your account anytime from the app (Account › Delete my account).

Your preset dem na your own. To back dem up and sync dem, we dey store and copy dem for you, and nothing pass that.

If you publish preset, you don allow anybody to see am, copy am and use am, and you don allow us to show am for public page with your display name, if you set one. You fit unpublish am anytime; copies wey people don already make go stay with dem.

No:

• publish anything wey dey against the law, wey get hate, wey dey sexual, wey dey harass people, or wey dey spoil another person rights, plus inside preset name or cue text;
• use another person account or email address;
• try to pass our limits or security, or overload, probe or disturb the service;
• use the service to send spam or to collect other people data.

We fit remove preset wey you publish, or suspend or close account, wey break these rules. Where we fit, we go tell you why.

We dey work hard to make DaintyFocus reliable, but we dey give am as e be. Phones fit delay or block alarm and notification dem (for example to save battery), and browsers dey slow down timer dem for background tabs. No depend on only DaintyFocus for anything where alert wey no ring or wey late fit cause harm, like medicine or safety.

As far as the law allow, Daintymindz no go dey liable for any loss wey come from using DaintyFocus, or from when you no fit use am. Nothing inside these terms dey take away the rights wey you get under Nigerian consumer protection law wey nobody fit take away.

We fit update these terms. When we do am, we go change the date for the top, and we go tell you for the app if the change important. If you still dey use DaintyFocus after that, na the new terms we go follow.
